4. Plan .
Creat a strategic plan of action. You will need to create a strategy for the accomplishment of your goals: this strategy is usually called a plan or a plan of action. If yo uwant to loose weight, what do you need to do ?  lose weight plan's first step is change your mind. You need to change your old mindset first and then it will be easier to change your action. You need to enjoy the steps. then you can do it over and over. Use new healthy habit change old habits.
5. Take action now.
When you want to make your dream come true, then make a move ! not next week, not tomorrow, it should start now. change your bad life habbit as early as you can.
 6. Set short-term goal.
It is importent that you set a big goal. But it's also importent you set smaller short goals. when step you make, you will feel accomplishment. You need that feeling to continue your next step. So, always think about your big dream and short term dream.
