7. Review your progress regularly.
If you have achived your goals for that time period.
If you still have a desire to follow your dream.
If you have deviated from the path toward fulfilling your goal.
Sometimes it's nice that stop and you back what you did, you will proud of your self what you did.
8. Knowledge: Knowing exactly what is your dream and accepting that is exactly what you want. There is a good book called " The Law of Attraction" Read you never read that book, order it online now, or go to bookstore now. In this book is talking about our mind is attracting our destiny. So think positive. protect yourself those negetive things. Protect your dream!
9. Visulization: How a vivid picture in your mind or vedio of how your dream will be when you accomplish it. This is one part of the Law of Attraction. Just imagine about you already have those thing in your life. Enjoy that feeling and smile !

4. Plan .
Creat a strategic plan of action. You will need to create a strategy for the accomplishment of your goals: this strategy is usually called a plan or a plan of action. If yo uwant to loose weight, what do you need to do ?  lose weight plan's first step is change your mind. You need to change your old mindset first and then it will be easier to change your action. You need to enjoy the steps. then you can do it over and over. Use new healthy habit change old habits.
5. Take action now.
When you want to make your dream come true, then make a move ! not next week, not tomorrow, it should start now. change your bad life habbit as early as you can.
 6. Set short-term goal.
It is importent that you set a big goal. But it's also importent you set smaller short goals. when step you make, you will feel accomplishment. You need that feeling to continue your next step. So, always think about your big dream and short term dream.

1. Be specific about your dream. The first thing you need to do is to be specific about your dream, at least the one you want to work on now, the way to be very specific about your dreams is to write them in your dream journal. Come to America was one of my dream,  for this dream I gave up my job back home, started my new journey here. I am still working for it, I believe I will let my dream come true.
2. Turn your dream into a burning desire. You will need to turn your dream into a burning desire in your heart. A strong will to achieve your dreams boosts self-confidence and will aid you in pulling through some of the worst stages of life. I like swimming, so when I do it I just enjoy myself so much. So it is always better to have something that you can enjoy, ask yourself what do you like ? Who yo want to be ? In 5 years, where will you be ?

3. Turn your burning desires into goals. You then need to turn your burning desire into a goal. you had earlier turned your dream into a burning desire because you believe it can be done and that you can do it.  every morning when you wake up, think about your dream, think about the house you want to live, think about you job you want to work, think about the person you want to date, just enjoy that feeling, it will helps you to transfer your burning desire to action.

 Prepare Yourself for Woman Specific Challenges
1. Read
read about those successful ladies, how they became successful ! 
    The web is a great resource for researching successful business woman. There are some interesting and insightful articles on websites such as Forbes and Harvard Business School.
     You can also read the memories or biographies of a number of successful woman and gain an insight into their professional experiences-both good and bad.
      Read books as much as you can, there are some really good books for both man and woman, like " the millionaire mind " , " think and grow rich", etc.

2. Research woman in your field. No matter what field you are in, there are sure to be successful woman whove paved the way for others. If you can find someone you can meet often, it will be easier to you. let your goal being more clear. when I was in Mid school, I wanted to be a good score student, so I started to hang out with one of the high score girl, she was one of my best friend. slowly I started to influenced by her, we do homework together, study together. when I was graduate from Mid school my grade was No.3 in whole school.

11. Mind your manners. You don't need to be a total prude, but you do need to leave the plate on the table when you eat, chew with your mouth closed, and look at people when they are talking to you.
( I think my problem is lazy, when I at home I don't like clean my room, after I date my present boyfriend he asked me can I help him to clean his room, I said I don't like cleaning. But I regret after I saying that. So I started to google that how to clean rooms. I bough some cute boxes, put his extra books, keys, glasses into those boxes, etc. He was very happy that I helped him, I am also happy that I can clean rooms without any compliments.)
12. Looks at guys. Look in their eyes. If they like you, they're going to be trying to catch your eye. When yo ucatch their eye, hold the gaze a little longer than usual, and when you break the eye contact, blush. Guys think it's cute when you blush. Don't worry if you can't blush though. ( people say that eyes are heart window. I need to work on it.  I think his eyes are more atractive than mine. maybe after drinking some wine it will work better)

8. Watch your posture, attitude and facial expressions.
Sit some time and hav one of your friends videotape a night out with you. It'll be very enlightening.( I like wearing high heel shoes. Sometimes when I see some ladies wearing high heels walking on the street. They looks like really painful for them to wear those shoes. I worry when I walk people think same way when I walking ? It's good idea that let my freind record it.)
9. Be well groomed. You don't have the " perfect" body or face. Most people have the basic natural equipment for beauty built it. ( I am trying to loose some weight, So start swiming, I enjoy swimming. I also feel my skin is being better, too)
10. Don't call a guy excessively, especially if you are not in a relationship wit him. Let the guy call you sometime. ( I used to calls alot, now I learned from my painful experiences. you should wait for him to call. If he is interested in you, he will call you or text you. Just don't do it by yourself. If he doesn't call you It means he deosn't interested in you or he needs time to think. After I find out it, I just do my things and enjoy what I am doing. when he calls me,  ianswer the phone, or text)

5. Trust your instincts, and be a patient hunter. ( I think I am a traditional mind girl. I met some guys before I meet my present one, I always say I am looking for something serious, I want to have 2-3 kids, because i love kids so much. And the guys reaction is being quite and disappear after first time meet. So later I find out it is hard for them to talk about it so early. So on my present boyfriend, we were talking about foreign countries, music, food just anything that can let us feel comfortable. it worked really good, I think woman should be the shy one, but use some ways to let guys bring out those sensitive topics)
 6. Don't let your guy friends touch you for more than greeting, parting and occasional hugs in public.( I think I am doing good on that, you should let your guy feel you are the special one and only for him. it's sometimes necessary that let him feel little bit jealousy, but not all the time, he will feel tired of it. Just be the attractive special one for him)
7. If a guy is interested in you, then make him prove it by engaging in whatever level of public activity and affection is appropriate for your culture.( we are not engaged yet, But I will hard to let him do that....I always try to be a good girl in front of his friends and family members. I think it's also important that cook and clean for him. life is long if a man looking for a life partner, cooking and cleaning ability will add more points for you.)

How to atract the right one.
As a girl who is dating with a man, it's really catch my attention.
1. Be true to yourself.
you must figure out who you are and what you want. ( I want a honest, intersting, positive man)
2. Whatever changes you need to make in your life, get on the road to making these changes. you need to be complete before you go looking for someone to compliment.( I am from Asian country, in my mind I thought If people dating they should call and text each other alot when they are not together, But my American boyfriend got shoked when I told him, I want we text all the time when we are not together, first it was very hard to me that he text me only after his job. But I start to think maybe I should be more indepandent on a relationship, otherwise he will leave me because he wants his FREEDOM 1)
3. Dress in a way that makes you feel confident. ( I like wearing high heel shoes, because i can looks taller and more slim)
4.Trust the law of attraction, but beware at the same time.( before I was only looking for one type of guys, tall, slim, has glasses. My present boyfriend is totaly opposite, first he used his knowledge atracted me, he has 3 degrees, and now I like my boyfriend's surface. and I think it's very importent atract by each others inside beauty)

Recently, when you hear about economics, it's easy to let you think about China. This big country, Everybody says, oh... Made in China, but today's China want to be creat in China. China have big economic boom by producing hudge amount of products and export. Now, Chinese goverment wants to let China being higher income country. So  this new leadership needs to make changes from older modle. The goverment figures they need to become a lot more efficient, the economy's got to become a lot friendlier, enviroment for private businesses, and they've got to bild more domestic consumer demand.
 So, what changes are Chinese leaders considering in order to make that happen ?
Help private small businesses. people can feel the changes in daily life, on TV, Radio, Internet people can see, hear or read the goverment helping small businesses. encorage people to creat their own chances. Most foreign coutries -the United States-is very suppotive of this sort of plan. They want to see a very supportive of this sort of plan. They want to see a very stable and prosperous China.

After know what you sell, who you to sell, let us learn about how to start selling.
     Instead of asking the close-ended question" May I help you?", ask the more positive, open-ended" Are you looking for something for yourself is it a for someone special ?" And be alert to making comments on the product before getting into a deeper discussion with the customer, such as " these long legged computer stands are really popular this summer."
   Position the product in the best spectrum of the market possible. Mark H, McCormack calls this finding your " biggest bulge of buyers", and not pitching the product too high or too low in terms of affordability and luxury.
  Position the facts about the product according to the person you are selling it to. You may have a handful of different facts, but it's up to your skill to know which of those facts best serve each individual sale.
   Position the facts so that they reflect the desired perception. However, don't fudge facts or lie outright. This is about perception.
   Position the facts so that they transcend the product itself. This means that the desirable, positive values associated with the product sell the product and have very little to do with the product itself.

Make the benefits of the product loud and clear.

Besides the actual utility beauty, or eve fame of the product, what are you offering above and beyond ?
Make it clear to the customer what key benefits the product bring to them, such as guarantees, warranties, and after-sales service.
you need to understand the motivations of the buyer. When presenting the product to the customer, bear in mind that most successful products and services are bought , not sold . They are bought by people who have a need, and believe that the product will satisfy that need. This is often the result of marketing rather than selling.
However, selling the product rather than just offering it for sale almost always involves an emotional component.
 1) Take some time to look at the marketing side of the product. what images and promises have been created by the marketing around the product that you are trying to sell? In what ways can you continue this theme where it seems most appromised satisfaction the marketing offers ?
2) During your presentation, confirm that your prospective buyer will want or need your product. You will need to do this through a range of methods, including observing their reactions. Listening to them carefully, and asking them clear questions about what they actually need.
 3) If you're visiting your potential buyer's office, look at their wall and desk. What photos, posters, or images can you see ? are there images of family, pets, vacations that will provide you with a connection to this person's wants ?

The decicion to purchase a product is not as complicated as it's made out to be. At its most basic, a sales program is defined principally by what you sell, who you sell to, and how you sell. Beyond that , it all boils down to staying focused on the details outlined next, suitable for both sales representative and for owners of small businesses.
  
Learn about what you are selling.
    In my own words it menas you should fall in love with your products, proud of your products. A good salesperson loves sales, is motivated by what they're selling, and transfer this enthusiasm and belief to the customer. But sometimes there are still some customers walk away.
   So, you need to learn how to listen to customers and to read their body language. Avoid inteterruping or disagreeing with a customer, and provide your customer with space to talk.

Always remember, make the customer comfortable and you're off to a good start in selling your product.

Consumer behavior involves the actions a person takes in purchasing and using products and services, including the mental and social processes that come before and after these actions. The stages a buyer passes through in making choices about which products and services to buy are known as the purchase decision process. This process has five stages.

  • Information search: seeking value
  • Alternative evaluation: assessing value

  • postpurchase behavior: Value in consumption or use

Business chances are everywhere

A small startup in Pearl, IL. The big River fish company is just one group that sees Asian carp not as a  voracious, invasive species, but as a business opportunity.
this kind of fish originally introduced to the United States in the 1970s to eat algae, the carp now threaten the Great lakes.
The fish meat is destined for culinary greatness, and some fishermen see the carp as the next frontier in commercial fish production.
there is a company called " Big River Fish" exporting Asian carp to Asian coutries. From there's website I learned 10/01/2013- Big River fish Corp. signed large quantity Asian Carp. Export and Distribution contract with Kerpana import and Export Corp, a New York based company.
09/05/2013-Big River has signed an exclusive distributor agreement with brilliant Industry Inc., to sell and distribute high end Mitsubishi powered engines, generators, water pumps.
so, business chances are everywhere. it's depends on how smart you can catch the chances !

Scanning the Marketing Eviroment

First, what is Environmental scanning ?
that is the process of acquiring information about events outside the organization to identify and interpret potential trends. there are 5 enviromental forcces business must monitor:
1) social (demographic shifts, culture changes)
2) economic( macroeconomic conditions, consumer income)
3) technological ( changing technology, technology's impact on customer value, Electronis business technology )
4) competitive ( alternative forms of competition, small business )
5) regulatory ( Laws protrecting competition, laws affecting marketing mix actions, self regulations)




the economy pertains to the income, expenditures, and resources that affect the cost of running a business or household. Economics forces include the strong relationship with consumer.

 I think this is one of the most interesting topics for women.
 Koren woman are getting surgeries for permanent smiles. In Venezuela, breast augmentation is so widespread.
women are always continue to go to exreme measures in pursuit of beauty. But in every country, culture peap;e have different opinions of beauty. For example: In western coiuntries ladies prefermore tan skins that looks more healthier. But in most of the coutries, women prefer more light skin.  In Brazil woman like straight hair, but in China ladies spend a lot money on let theirs hair being curve.  This is an interesting world.

Today,  I was reading about " Asian Investors find hot market in U.S. Properties"
  As an international student from China I was happy to read about these.
The GM building is considered one of the most valuable office towers in the U.S. In May, a large piece of it was purchased by a Chinese real estate developer. Her name is Xin Zhang., the executive officer of Soho China, already owns a significant stake in the Park Avenue Plaza, and other Chinese firms and investor are buying up notable properties across New York.

 Thoes Asian investors are not just buying in New York, Also LA, Hawaii and IL. Canada still buys more commercial real estate in the U.S. than any other nation, but China and other Asian nations are roaring up behind.
In 1980. when Japan scooped up everything from Rockefeller Center to Pebble Beach Golf Links, at inflated prices. Many investors were hit with big losses when the real estate market crumbled a few years later. today's investors may well take heed of the Japanese experience. But CBRE's says Asian nations -investors flush with cash- want to diversify.
 maybe I should work on looking for new job chances in real estate field.

This time we will talk about "Developing successful Marketing and Organizational strategy"
 Core values are the organization's fundamental, passionate, and enduring principles that guide its conduct over time. So there's mission is a statement of its function in society. identifying its customers, markets, products, and technologies.
To set a strategic direction, we need to answer 2 questions
1. where are we now ?
2. where do we want to go ?
The first answer will be to identify its competencies, cutomers, and cometitors.
the second answer is accomplish with business portfolio analysis and diversification analysis.
  I think a lot people heard about marketing strategy. So, what is that on our book ?
A marketing strategy is the means by which a marketing goal is to be achieved , usually characterized by a specific target market and a marketing program to reach it.

what is marketing ?


Marketing is the activity for creating, communication, delivering, and exchanging offerings that benefit the organization, its stakeholdersand society at large. To serve both buyers and sellers.
1. To discover the prospective customers needs and wants.
2. To satisfy them.
 So, In this book mainly talking about how we can achieve these 2 objectives, which is the trade of things of value between buyer and seller so that each is better off after the trade.
The first objective in marketing is discovering the needs and wants of prospective customers.
   A need occurs when a person feels deprived of basic necessities.
   A want is a need that is shaped by a person's knowledge, culture, and personality.
The second objective in marketing is satisfying needs and wants.

So, what is successful marking ? It is a marketing to provide sufficient value to gain loyal, long-term customers.
then we should know what is customer value. It is the unique combination of benefits received by targeted buyers that usually includes quality convenience, on time delivery, and both before-sale and after -sale service at a specific price.
